Every product on A1 Tech Deals is sold under one of five conditions, shown on the product page before you buy. Most of our stock is brand new; Open Box and refurbished items are offered at lower prices and come with the same 30-day returns and 12-month warranty. Where a listing carries its own condition notes or photos, those describe the exact item you will receive and take precedence over the general definitions below.
Open Box items are unused; refurbished items have been used, then fully tested and graded on their cosmetic condition. The grade tells you what the item looks like — every grade works perfectly.

An individual listing can carry its own notes and photos — for example “plain packaging, no original box, charging cable only”. They are shown on the product page under the condition you have selected, and they take precedence over the definitions above for that listing.
Every item, in every condition, is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. Cosmetic wear that was disclosed at the time of sale is not a fault. Warranty policy

Yes. The same model, specification and colour as the Brand New listing on that product page; only the condition and price differ. If a listing is a different storage size or variant, it is a separate product page.
Every product is genuine. Counterfeit or misdescribed stock is never allowed and is removed from sale.
