The Eaton 3S Gen2 850VA 510W UPS is designed to provide reliable battery backup and surge protection for computers networking equipment and other essential electronics. With an 850VA capacity and 510W power rating it provides dependable protection against power interruptions and electrical surges in home office and small business environments.
This model features eight UK BS outlets with four providing battery backup and surge protection and four providing surge protection only. This configuration allows multiple devices to be connected while ensuring that essential equipment remains protected during power disturbances.
The UPS uses offline standby technology and provides a nominal output voltage of 230V. Its input voltage range is 184 to 264V and can be adjusted from 161 to 284V. The unit supports an input frequency range of 46 to 70Hz and automatically supports 50Hz and 60Hz operation.
For convenient monitoring and management the Eaton 3S Gen2 includes a USB HID compliant communication interface and is compatible with Eaton UPS Companion software. It also includes two USB charging ports allowing compatible mobile devices and other USB powered equipment to be charged directly from the UPS.
The compact tower design measures 335 x 86 x 170mm and weighs approximately 4.3kg. It features a replaceable sealed lead acid battery with automatic battery testing deep discharge protection and cold start capability. With surge protection and an efficiency of up to 98 percent at maximum load it provides a practical power protection solution for everyday home and office equipment.
